Sweet (GCKey service) class action:

On March 31, 2026, the Federal Court will hold a hearing to decide whether it will approve a proposed settlement agreement in the Sweet Class Action. Learn more about the proposed settlement.

New Users: Select GCKey Log In below and follow the instructions to register for a GCKey account. You can also select Sign-In Partner Log In and follow the instructions to sign in with a User ID and password that you may already have, such as for online banking.

The following options will ensure the secure electronic transmission of your broadcasting applications and documents to the CRTC.

Log in with a Sign-In Partner — this option allows you to log in with a User ID and password that you may already have, such as for online banking.
